1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Academy for Travel platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including individual enrolees, corporate licence holders, and visitors.

2. Enrolment and Access

Access to the Mini-MBA program is granted upon confirmed enrolment and payment. Your licence is:

• •Individual licences: Non-transferable. Access is for one named user only.
• •Corporate licences: Access is for the number of named seats specified in your licence agreement.
• •Duration: Standard access is 12 months from the date of enrolment confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing access credentials with others is a breach of these terms.

3. Payment and Refunds

Enrolment fees are invoiced and payable in Australian Dollars (AUD). Access is granted upon receipt of payment. Our refund policy:

• •Full refund available within 14 days of enrolment, provided fewer than 2 modules have been accessed
• •No refund is available after 14 days or where significant content has been accessed
• •Corporate licence refund terms are governed by your specific agreement

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including module scripts, frameworks, case studies, slides, audio recordings, workbooks and assessments, is the intellectual property of Academy for Travel and is protected by Australian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicence, adapt or publicly display any content without our prior written consent. Your licence grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use content for your own professional development only.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Share, resell, or distribute access to the Platform or its content
• •Use automated tools to scrape, download, or extract content in bulk
• •Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• •Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• •Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform

6. Certificates and Credentials

Upon successful completion of all modules and assessments, you will receive a verified digital certificate. Certificates are issued to the named enrolee only. Academy for Travel reserves the right to revoke credentials in cases of confirmed academic dishonesty, violation of these terms or fraudulent activity. The credential is a mark of completion and professional development. It does not constitute a formal academic qualification regulated by Australian higher education authorities.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. Content is intended for professional development and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice. You use the Platform and apply the content at your own professional judgement and risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Academy for Travel and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your licence in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Cookies and Technology

The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies to operate core functionality, maintain your session, and improve your experience. By using the Platform, you consent to our use of cookies as follows:

• •Essential cookies: Necessary for authentication, session management, and platform security. Required for the Platform to function and cannot be disabled.
• •Analytics cookies: Help us understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it. You may opt out via your browser settings.
• •Preference cookies: Remember your settings (e.g., display preferences) between sessions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify enrolled users by email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance.
